Australian shipping estimates are 2-10 business days from dispatch depending on your location. Australia Post volumes are currently being impacted by covid, please allow longer for delivery.
All deliveries require a signature on delivery. We do not authorise deliveries to be left unattended in the interest of keeping your order as safe as possible.
Bendigo local? - You are welcome to arrange arrange pick up in Bendigo CBD (Select hours/days) to save on postage costs, use code LOCALBENDIGOTOOTS. (Note: if there is any other promotion available our website cannot combine codes - shoot us an email and we can sort it out for you)

Taxes and duties on international orders. All international customers are responsible for customs and duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties payable for goods to enter your country. Should you refuse to pay any taxes on your purchase we cannot refund you unless the goods are returned to us, and in this case it would be less any further shipping charges to return the parcel and only if it arrives in as shipped condition.
RETURNSWe know that it can be daunting shopping online, and are happy to offer a return within 30 days of receiving your bag. We offer a full refund.
If you wish to return a product please email us to arrange your return. Bags must be then be posted within 7 days of your return approval. Bags must be returned in their original packaging eg: restuffed with any paper stuffing and placed in any included dustbag (including our shipping box where applicable) and must be unused in as new condition. We ask that you pack and return them with the same level of care we took in sending them to you. We reserve the right to refuse a return should the goods not be in the original shipping box and in as new condition.
Should you be purchasing a gift in advance contact us via email and we will be happy to give the lucky recipient longer to receive their gift and ensure they love it.
We do not offer refunds on Monogrammed items eg: Roy Luggage Tag, Monogrammed Wallets - If you are unsure on your purchase we can always dispatch your Monogrammed tag after you have received your nappy bag and decided if you adore it... just get in touch, we are more than happy to assist!
We offer a refund for the product amount. Please allow 14 days from our receipt of your return for processing of your return, refunds will be given via your original payment method.
Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the purchaser and we recommend using a tracked service. We do not refund any shipping costs paid by the customer in the original order.
