CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURNS - Purchasing a Toots as a Christmas present? Easy! We have extended returns for all purchases from 1st December 2020 until 7th January. Just pop a note in the notes section at checkout letting us know it's a gift and we will extend the return period, alternatively email as at email@example.com. **** Please order as soon as possible to ensure Christmas delivery as we anticipate a huge volume of parcels this Christmas will put pressure on the postal system***** We recommend ordering by 7th Dec 2020
STANDARD RETURNS CONDITIONS
We know that it can be daunting shopping online, and are happy to offer a return within seven days of receiving your bag. We offer a full refund less any shipping charges.
If you wish to return a product please email us to arrange your return. Bags must be then received back to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Bags must be returned in their original packaging (including shipping box where applicable) and must be unused in as new condition. We ask that you pack and return them with the same level of care we took in sending them to you. We reserve the right to refuse a return should the goods not be in the original shipping box and in as new condition.
Should you be purchasing a gift in advance contact us via email and we will be happy to give the lucky recipient longer to receive their gift and ensure they love it.
We do not offer refunds on Monogrammed items eg: Roy Luggage Tag - If you are unsure on your purchase we can always dispatch your Monogrammed tag after you have received your nappy bag and decided if you adore it... just get in touch, we are more than happy to assist!
We offer a refund for the product amount, this excludes shipping costs. Please allow 14 days from our receipt of your return for processing of your return, refunds will be given via your original payment method.
We do not refund shipping costs incurred in the original order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and we recommend using a tracked service.
All prices are in Australian dollars.
Toots + Co pride ourselves in our outstanding quality. We use quality materials and construction methods and we expect it will last a long time. However should a fault occur please contact us immediately, and include photographs of your fault or issue. We will arrange for the bag to be repaired locally or replaced (at our discretion) after assessing the issue via email. Please note that we only warranty manufacturing faults, we cannot warranty any faults caused by misuse, neglect or reasonable wear. Please see our leather care section for more information on what you can expect from leather. Goods are warrantied for 6 months from purchase date.
Leather is a natural product, every bag will be unique in the gain variation, tone and may contain marks and scars - these should not been seen as faults. Given this, we do want you to be happy with your Toots + Co products and are more than happy to exchange or refund products if you are not completely happy with the characteristics of the bag you receive. Returns for reasons of leather characteristics are subject to our normal returns policy. Please see our leather section for what you can expect from leather.
Damaged or missing goods:
All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, however sometimes issues can occur. If you think that your goods have not arrived in the perfect condition you would expect from Toots + Co please retain all your packing materials and email us within 24 hours of receiving goods. Please note: for any claims for damaged goods we will need to see pictures of the packaging, so please ensure you retain it. Our parcels are tracked and are required to be signed for on delivery, and replacement of any missing goods will be provided at our discretion. Refunds will not be given for parcels advised as missing that can be verified as delivered by our courier service with evidence.
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us, if your bag has not been dispatched we can cancel your order and refund your payment. If your bag has been dispatched you will need to following the instructions above to return your bag once you have received it (at your own expense) and a return will be subject to our normal returns policy.
