Designed for you to wear as soon as your clothes become snug... to carry you through to your final days of your pregnancy, throw it on for your trip home from hospital and feel comfortable in it postpartum. Feeding friendly and still flattering to a post baby body
Simple enough for casual, elegant enough for an occasion, especially a baby shower and comfortable enough for lounging and travelling in - It's the kind of style you can dress up or down. Sneakers, boots, sandals and heels if you please, all complement this dress. In winter add a leather jacket, cardigan or blazer for warmth. Layer with a long sleeve top and tights. This dress will be your go to. It will become iconic in your pregnancy. Years later you will remember your pregnancy and think of yourself growing your babe wrapped in this dress.
Designed from one mother to another, to be loved and worn, washed and only sometimes ironed.... and worn again straight away. To be lovingly loaned to a friend, and returned for future babes... and loaned again. People speak of conscious design and slow fashion... this is that... and so much more.
This is the dress I wanted for myself for my second pregnancy. I sewed the first sample myself in the early days of my pregnancy, I tested and wore... then tweaked tested and wore some more. I loved it, and received so many comments, I just had to bring it to life for other mothers. For those of us that don’t feel like a body con dress is for them in pregnancy or for those looking for a more diverse option. For those that want practicality, comfort and function... this dress is for you!
As this white tencel can be slightly sheer, we recommend you wear nude underwear or the included Organic Cotton maternity friendly slip
Thoughtfully designed in Bendigo and made only 150kms away in Melbourne. Carefully packed without plastic, in compostable satchels and dispatched to you.
The dress is fitted to your bust/back area, and loose through the remainder, with the wrap to cinch it in. Choose your size to suit your bust/back size, don’t be concerned about your hips... or bump size

Sustainability + Responsibility
We use Lenzing® tencel, a renewable and biodegradable fibre made using wood pulp from sustainably managed forests. Our Lenzing® tencel is sourced from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) forests. It is a sustainably managed resource and produced within a closed loop. This closed loop production process saves resources and recycles 99% of the chemicals use. To grow the trees for tencel uses less farmland and water than cotton. At the end of it's life cycle tencel is fully biodegradable and compostable.
